The chip is X9C103S/X9C503S; PCB board size: 2.7 * 1.3CM2) 10K/50K full range potentiometer.3) The middle tap of the potentiometer slides between 0-10k (X9C103S)/0-50K (X9C503S) for a total of 100 stages (typical impedance of the sliding end of the potentiometer is 40 ohms)4) The VL and VH ports of the digital potentiometer correspond to the low and high ends of the sliding rheostat, respectively, allowing for an input voltage range of -5V to+5V.5) The digital potentiometer module comes with a testing program, which is written in C language and is divided into modules. The e includes: main function, display sub function, on sub function, and header files of each module. KEIL4 can be used to open the source e for testing and learning.Testing section1) If you only need to test the module, you don't need to study the source e and test the program Download the HEX file to the target board.
