How to Set Up the XM-18 Controller

1. Mount the Controller: Fix the XM-18 unit into your control panel or box using the panel mounting bracket or screws.
2. Connect the Power: Supply AC 160V–240V power input to the unit. Make sure the power is stable and within this range.
3. Sensor Installation: Plug the temperature and humidity sensors into their designated ports. Position the sensors inside your incubator or controlled environment. Ensure the sensors are not in direct contact with heating elements or water.
4. Connect Output Devices:  Link your heating element, humidifier, fan, light, and egg-turning motor to the appropriate output terminals on the controller. Refer to the wiring diagram in the user manual for correct port assignments (e.g., temperature control, egg-turning left/right, humidity control, etc.).
5. System Configuration: (1) Power on the controller. (2) Use the buttons to navigate through the settings. (3) Set the desired temperature, humidity, egg-turning cycle, and ventilation timing. (4) Factory defaults can be adjusted based on your incubation requirements: Turning Cycle - 90 minutes  (default), Turning Time - 180 seconds, Ventilation Cycle - 120 minutes & Ventilation Time - 30 seconds. 
6. Calibration & Testing: Let the system run and observe the sensor readings. Adjust if necessary to align with external thermometer/hygrometer readings.
