Connection method:

1. Open the package, peel off the blue insulation film on the headphones, the left and right earbuds out in the charging bin. The headset lights up. If it does not light up, please charge the battery.

2. Take out the headset from the charging compartment automatically open and pair automatically. Wait about 10-20 seconds, the left and right earbuds will automatically synchronize. Pairing is successful. 

3. open the phone's Bluetooth, find the Bluetooth name of the headset, click to connect, music APP can be set in a variety of sound effects, enjoy HIFI it.

4. After using the headset, put it back into the charging compartment, the headset will automatically turn off and charge.

5. Use the headset again, take it out of the charging compartment, automatically turn on the phone, automatically pairing connected to the phone (can be operated by a single headset).

How to use：

A) trigger the phone voice assistant (Android: long press) (IOS: double click).

B)Click will pause to play music/video.

C)Quick double click to switch language. (Must be without Bluetooth connection)

D)Clicking three times in a row will play the next song/video.

E)Adjust volume by phone volume keys.

F)Support renaming and locating on the phone.

Q&A Troubleshooting

Q:One bluetooth headset is not working!!!

A:1. Check if the set mono output can be adjusted to both ear channels.

2. Check if one headset has run out of battery.

3. Check if two headsets are connected to two devices. You can turn off the connection to remove the Bluetooth headset from your phone's Bluetooth list. Re-pair the phone and play the audio again.

Q:Bluetooth headset not charging properly !!!

A:1. The Bluetooth headset has been placed for a long time. If not used for a long time, the lithium battery inside the headset will be in the "sleep" state. As long as the charging time is more than 30 minutes, the headset will show the charging status. 

2. the headset has not been used for so long, charging more than half an hour does not show. Check if the headset charging cable plug is damaged, you can try other data cable. Or check if there is anything blocking the charging point of the headset. If there is, please use a toothpick to clean it.

Q:When I talk to my friend in a place with too much traffic, the headset can't hear the sound!!!

Answer:It may be that your headset is not loud enough, which can affect the sound quality or prevent you from talking in places where Bluetooth signal is unstable.

Q:When making audio calls or playing music, the sound is very low or the sound does not match!!!

A:1. Please use the correct way to wear headphones.
