Take 20 grams of chia seeds (1 ½ tablespoons) twice a day. You can add the seeds to your food or snack and enjoy.

Suggested uses:

- Sprinkle over yogurt or cereal
- Blend into smoothies
- Add them straight into your favorite drink (let them sit for 30 minutes to two hours)
- When grounded, it can be used in most gluten-free recipes like pancakes, muffins, breads and even pastas.
