What is CANDID?

CANDID contains Beclomethasone dipropionate and Clotrimazole

What CANDID is used for?

It is used to treat fungal skin infections such as,

Ringworm

Athlete’s foot

Fungal nappy rash

Fungal sweat rash, irritation of the vulva (external thrush) or the end of the penis

Eczema and dermatitis

Psoriasis

Warning & Precautions

Talk to your Doctor, if you:

Are allergic to CANDID or any other ingredients of this medicine

Have any areas of infected skin

Have rosacea or acne

Have ever had an allergic reaction to a skin preparation

Interactions

Tell your doctor if you are using any other topical medicines or rubber contraceptives, such as condoms or diaphragms

Directions For use:

Always apply this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you

Wash your hands before and after using this medicine

Avoid using CANDID on your face, underarms (armpits), or groin areas

CANDID is for external use only

If you use more CANDID

If you use too much of CANDID, talk to your doctor immediately and you may need medical attention

If you forget to use CANDID

If you have forgotten to use your CANDID apply them as soon as possible on the same day. Do not take a double dose

If you stop using CANDID

Do not stop using CANDID without talking to your doctor first

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects although not everybody gets them.
