Fenugreek oil is emollient, firming, and regenerating, it
nourishes the skin and slows down the aging process, and it strengthens the
chest and tones the muscles, and finally fight against hair loss.
Application Tips:
- On the face: Apply a few drops on each area of your
cleansed face and massage very gently your face by making small circular
movements and avoiding eyelids.
- On the body: Apply your oil as a milk or a care cream.
- On the upper body, leave with your hands then go back to
your shoulders. Repeat this gesture several times on the inner and outer sides
of your hands. Insist on sensitive areas such as elbows, knees. Do not forget
your belly! Massage it slowly in a clockwise direction.
- On your legs, leave your feet and go back slowly to your
thighs. Repeat these gestures several times to penetrate the product. Emphasize
dry areas and especially elbows and knees.
- On the hair: There are 3 methods: If only your tips are dry,
massage them several times a week with a little oil. Leave on for 15 minutes and
then shampoo gently. If you have more time, leave for about 1 hour and wrap
with a warm, damp towel. Then make a mild shampoo. If, on the other hand, all
of your hair is dry, consider "oil baths". To do this, spread the
chosen oil well over all of your hair, wrap with a hot towel and or put
the shampoo directly on the hair, and add the water little by little while
lathering. This avoids a greasy appearance after rinsing. It is good to take an
oil bath once a week or every 10 days for dry or brittle hair, and once a month
for oily or normal hair. - The last method is to apply oil after washing the
hair, or even outside the shampoos.
- How to do? Put a tiny drop of oil on your fingers, and heat
it between your hands. You have to see the skin of the fingers shine. Pass your
fingers through the hair, favoring the tips, then brush to distribute the oil.
Do not want to put oil until the hair shines, because they will become fat.
Only one small drop is enough. It is possible to use this method every day to
properly hydrate the hair. Wet and leave overnight. Finally make a mild shampoo
the next morning ... The second is to make a bath of oil. For my hair length,
I do not put more than 2 teaspoons of oil. It is quite possible to mix several
oils in the same care. Spread the oil over the lengths and ends, then wrap the
hair with a hot towel so that the oil penetrates better. Castor and avocado
oils should also be applied to the roots as they promote growth. Let the oil
rest for half an hour to several hours, then shampoo. To rinse, it is possible
to rinse the hair with warm water and shampoo.
