Grapeseed oil is used for Healthy Skin since it has Vitamin E and  high Omega6 fatty acid content. Vitamin E works as a fat soluble Antidioxidant, which helps protect your cells from environmental factors e.g sun, pollution may increase the signs of aging and cause dry skin and free radicals that are associated with cancer and other diseases like heart diseases and other chronic illness. Vitamin E boosts the immune system. Omega6 in grapeseed oil has linoleic acid which helps reduce inflammation in the skin's middle and outer layer and aid in treatment of eczema.
When used as a toner, it can penetrate pores and cleanse the skin thereby curing breakouts. The oil makes skin softer and more elastic and Vitamin C in oil improves the skin moisture, softness and its ability to bounce back. Grapeseed oil is also used most cosmetic products as their base oil.
