DOMINEX 100 EC is a veterinary insecticide/acaricide that is classified as a synthetic pyrethroid.it is composed of 100g/lt Alphacypermethrin as the active ingredient, this acts by inhibiting egg production of many resistant strains of ticks including the Blue tick and controls other biting and nuisance flies through its fast knockdown effect and long residual control making it for external use only. RATE AND METHOD OF APPLICATION: Dominex can be used in dips, spray races and hand spraying systems.

Key Features
- Prepare the required quantities of concentrate with about 10 times its volume of water in the dip tank or spray race before addition of the bulk water.
- Dip tank and spray race: initially fill tank by using 1 litre Dominex with 2000 litres of water. Replenishing rate (recharge) is 1 litre Dominex in 1,250 litres of water. Allow 20-30 animals to pass through dip to ensure proper mixing.
- Hand spray: Mix 10mls of Dominex in 20 litres of water and spray all the animal body thoroughly. Treatment is best done in the morning and animals should be allowed to drink clean water before dipping. Treat animals after every 2 weeks and reduce to weekly if the tick infestation is high, especially during period of heavy rainfall.
- CONTRADICTION; Do not mix Dominex with other acaricides/chemicals
- PRECAUTION: Do not drink, eat, or smoke when handling the product. Clean clothes and body after handling.
- STORAGE: Store in a cool dry place away from open flames.
- Retain Dominex in tightly closed original containers away from children, livestock and feedstuff.
- WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: Milking may follow immediately animals are drip-dry.
- Allow 1 day after application before slaughter.
