Campden (potassium met bisulfite) tablets are a convenient way to accurately sulfite fruit juice or wine. Contains 57% sulfur dioxide. Dissolve tablets in juice or wine:-1 crushed tablet per gallon of must. - add tablets to must at least a full day before you pitch your yeast as the tablets may kill your yeast. - tablets can also be used to create a sanitizing solution.
