Directions
To use Lalvin D47 Wine Yeast, add 5g sachet to 4.5L-23L of clarified juice. Ensure the fermentation temperature is between 14-28°C (57-82°F). This yeast is suitable for varietal aromatic white wines, mead, and fruit cider fermentations.
