Broken Lotion Pump

The lotion delivered was in terrible condition. The pump was broken therefore rendering the whole idea of buying a lotion with a pump useless. Especially because the lotion does not qualify for a return. I was willing to keep the lotion if the seller had the option of replacing the pump. Also, if you're going to sell broken items, kindly indicate that on your description so that the client can know beforehand what they are getting themselves into. Thanks

It's decent enough

I bought it because of the pump action because squeezing lotion bottles is not a fun exercises when done often (si nyongi monkey btw, I have dry hands). It's not heavily scented either which can be a good thing depending on how you look at it. ksh400 for a 500ml bottle is pretty good value if you ask me
