This highly crystalline polymer has a smooth, glossy surface and is wear-resistant, resistant to oxidation and staining, self-lubricating, and oil-impermeable. It boasts high strength and dimensional stability.
The metal parts of the ball joints are made of Cr40 alloy steel and undergo mandatory hardening . A special mirror-finishing technology ensures the ball stud surface roughness is no more than 0.4 microns, significantly increasing the service life of the joint. The design and machining technology of the ball joint ensure that even under high angular loads, the ball joint will not slip out of its original seat.
