1. Time set: when the normal display, according to the M key 3 times, enter the time adjustment stato (second in flash), press the S key is proofreading seconds zero.

Press the R key, hourly flash, and check the hour by pressing the S key. 2. Alarm settings: under normal display state, press M button to adjust the alarm state to 2 times (AL for a time, then press R button to adjust hour and minute respectively, (flashing when pressing S key can be adjusted). After setting up, press the M key to return to the normal display state
