Tretinoin 0.025% w/w is used to treat acne. It may decrease the number and severity of acne pimples and promote quick healing of pimples that do develop. Tretinoin belongs to a class of retinoids that works by stimulating the growth of new regenerated cells repairing scars and hyperpigmentation damaged burnt skin.
Mometasone treats skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, allergies and rash. Mometasone decreases swelling (inflammation), itching and redness.
The cream brings about ultra fairness lightens with the addition of hydroquinone 2% w/w.
