Frying introduces variety in meals, as fried foods are crisp in texture. Fried foods have a higher satiety value. It increases the calorific value of food. In shallow fat frying, the amount of oil consumption can be controlled. While commonly used in commercial kitchens, household models are available and have become increasingly prevalent. Adjustable temperature control (60°C up to 200°C)-Adjusting of temperatures depending on the amount, type and textures of the food you want to fry.

Simple and easy to use- All is needed is place food to be fried in the frying basket. Firstly turn on power and heat the oil or fat, secondly, deep in to the oil pan and check regularly for the preferred cook stage EG. Al dente, well done, medium rare and others.

Stainless steel oil pan and exteriors- Ensuring exposure to fluids and air does not cause corrosion at any given time.

LED light power indicator & hot indicator- The red one shows when power is turned on and the blue turns on when the oil is hot enough.
