The dispenser works well overall and looks aesthetically pleasing ,a great choice for a first-time buyer. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the door covering the taps doesn’t close properly and would be better if it were either more secure or removable. Secondly, the requirement to keep both the hot and cold water running to prevent the tank from running dry increases electricity consumption. Also, the unit tends to be noisier than other dispensers when both functions are running. Lastly, the cold water isn’t very cold ….just mildly cool, even after running for 24 hours. Despite these issues, it’s a stylish and functional piece for the price.
