Benzoyl peroxide is used in the management of mild to moderate acne. It works by killing acne-causing bacteria and by peeling off dead skin. It is also used to clear rosacea, a conditions characterized by pimples and bumps on the face.
Usage
- Pernex AC gel is for External use only. Clean and dry the affected area and apply Pernex AC gel once or twice daily to the affected area of the face and/or
- trunk or as recommended by doctor. Wash your hands after applying gel. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or alternate days. If going outside, apply sunscreen after using the product.
- Avoid contact with eyes, eyelids, lips, and mucous membranes.
