Oraimo customer service is dreadful

The watch was perfect but a few months in the watch started scrolling on its own and that was a defect of the unit so I decided to consult with Jumia who directed me to Oraimo. The watch is under one year warranty so I figured it would be either a repair or replacement but I was about to go through the worst experience. I called almost 20 times four different numbers nothing. WhatsApp and emails no reply. When I finally got ahold of them mind you when I'm buying another product from them they told me to go to carlcare who said they need a receipt but I bought it online so they can't help. Tried calling the same number told me to go to another carlcare I was told apart from the receipt the product needs to be bought less than a month ago. I called the same number again I couldn't reach them. Since then I have to deal with the defect. The products are great since I have two from their store but the customer service after you've bought the product is one you never want to deal with
