It is used to control sucking and biting insects by direct contact or ingestion.
This insecticide works by inhibiting the enzyme acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in the nervous system of pests. It is effective against pests such as fall armyworm, aphids, thrips, and whiteflies
Application:
Rate of Use: Apply 15-20 grams per 20 liters of water (750 grams to 1 kilogram per 1000 liters of water per hectare).
Target Pests: Effective against fall armyworm, aphids, thrips, and whiteflies.
Mode of Action
Lotus 75% SP works by inhibiting the enzyme acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in the nervous system of pests, causing them to stop feeding, become paralyzed, and eventually die. This systemic action ensures that the insecticide is effective both on contact and when ingested by the pests
