Pattex PL100 Construction Adhesive is a professional, water-based adhesive primarily designed for indoor applications on absorbent surfaces. It is an alternative to using nails and screws for mounting and fixing various building materials.

Specifications

Key Features

High Initial Tack: It has a high initial tack of 180 kg/m² and a final bond strength of up to 6 N/mm².
Application: The adhesive is suitable for use on a variety of absorbent materials, including wood, brick, concrete, plasterboard, ceramics, stone, and MDF. It is used for bonding skirting boards, securing wall panels, and fixing decorative moldings and ceiling roses.
Properties: This solvent-free, water-based formula is over-paintable, has a neutral odor, and can bridge gaps up to 10 mm.
Drying and Curing: Corrections are possible within the first 15 minutes of application. The adhesive cures within 48 hours.
Temperature Resistance: It is temperature resistant from -20°C to 70°C.
Limitations: It is not recommended for use on non-absorbent surfaces like polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and Teflon. It is also not intended for applications where it will be in permanent contact with water.
