Generally satisfied with the product. Performs quite okay on most fabric. Pros: *Results after steaming are satisfactory. *Very portable (good for travels. *Quick heat up time and easy to use. Cons: *Not a heavy duty steamer but does quite okay for most fabric (might take you a bit of time on tougher fabric but gets the job done.) *Steaming intensity is average *Has to be used upright due to the water storage in the back *Small water storage capacity. Not ideal for very big loads
