I hate it
I ordered for this brand, the one on your photo, Philips with grey handle. This is the original brand, has long electric cord, has a thick shiny plate at the base. YOU DELIVERED an inferior quality of black handle, short electric cord with a black tin base not capable of maintaining heat. I'm depressed!
