WHAT IS A PLAYSTATION NETWORK (PSN) CARD?First, the PSN Card/Code gives you access to certain features offered by PS Network. It acts as a virtual/online currency that you can use to access products within the PS Network.
HOW DO PSN CODES WORK?Playstation Network codes consist of a 12-digit alphanumeric form that you can download through your PSN account to access certain products. Such codes can only be used once, i.e. you cannot use the same code twice. After entering the code, you can start downloading content to your PS console. 
DO PSN CARDS HAVE REGIONAL LIMITS?You must have an account in that region for the store code you want to use. You need to open an account in a location that matches the region specified in the upper right corner of the PSN codes.
TO ENTER YOUR CODE1. Create a Playstation network account on mobile or console2. Log in to Playstation network account on mobile or console3. On mobile, click on Icon on top rightmost corner of your screen. Click on redeem code4. On console, scroll through the side menu on your left to redeem code5. Enter 12-digit alphanumeric form and click on redeem.6. Check on wallet
You can now buy games, movies or subscriptions to any service offered on a Playstation equivalent to the amount credited
