Please read more information below to understand the features and uses of Diesel Anti Smoke product .
- Diesel fuel is a mixture of distillates and cracked hydrocarbons.
- Hydrocarbon compounds from cracking have low cetane numbers, due to their high aromatic content.
- To achieve the cetane number required by most diesel engines, cetane improvers are often added.
- When 0.5% by volume of cetane number improving compounds is added, the value can be increased by 10 units.
- Diesel with a higher cetane index is easier to burn, has a shorter starting time, and has higher anti-knock properties. Diesel with a low cetane index leads to late combustion, increased soot generation, and incomplete combustion of hydrocarbons. If there is a large lack of cetane, it will cause noise, or in severe cases, engine knocking.
- In addition to being a measure of the combustion quality of the fuel, it also affects detonation.
- Cetane number requirements depend on design, size, characteristics of speed changes, engine load, starting point, atmospheric conditions.
- Cetane value of 40-50 is the optimal value for diesel engines and does not depend on compression ratio. Therefore, with diesel fuel, TCVN specifies CI=45 min.
Cetane improver helps improve combustion inside the engine. Fuel will ignite earlier, more uniformly, preventing excessive pressure increase during the combustion process. - When fuel burns well, it will help the engine:
Start easily, warm up better, ignite better, start at low temperature is improved. As a result, the engine operates more smoothly, saves fuel, less wear, and prolongs its life. - Late ignition is the main cause of high emissions, low engine performance
- Diesel Anti Smoke (Cetane booster/improver) will make the combustion more thorough, improve and overcome the following phenomena:
- Knocking and noise
- Premature explosion
- Impact
- Too much pressure on the cylinder
- Slow ignition
- Engine maintenance
- Fuel consumption
- Emissions
- White smoke
Depending on the composition of the basic fuel, people add cetane-increasing additives to increase the value from 3-5 units at the ratio: 1:1000.
For natural fuels with high cetane (containing mainly paraffins), the mixing ratio is 1:500, cetane can increase by 6-7 units.
Diesel Anti Smoke increases the cetane number of diesel fuel, thus significantly reducing exhaust fumes and unpleasant knocking of all diesel and stationary engines.
- The product ensures perfect lubrication of all moving parts in the diesel system and thus provides clean and powerful combustion.
- Helps clean the combustion chamber, reducing smoke and soot.
- Protect the entire system against corrosion.
Instructions for use:
Should be kept as a backup for use when encountering poor quality diesel fuel, many impurities, low cetane. Or in speed races, or anytime you want.
Use 150ml can with 50-60 liters of diesel.
