I received a damaged item

I've placed several orders but this time, I don't know what happened. The item I recieved was already damaged. They did a pretty decent job trying to seal it during the delivery process but when I opened it, half of the litter fell to the ground. If it were not for the fact that I am in dire need for this product, I would've returned it.
