The product is  top quality and not hot. I t is elastic, strong and well-aligned. Non  allergic, Non toxic and hardens in UV and LED lamps. It doesn't crack, and holds for  more than 4 weeks. 

It is quick dry and easy to apply and soak off.

This matte top coat is a clear protective nail polish that is applied over the base coat and primary coats of color and gives the nail a matte/velvetish finish. Just like the ordinary top coat it is  used to seal and protect the nail polish and prevent chipping so a manicure lasts longer,but without the shine.
