Tried to take it back and was told to take to main store along mombasa road, which cost me about 800 to send with boda and back. It came back with very little power ! Hardky warming the water. 2 days later, it STOPPED WORKING ALL TOGETHER!!!! NEVER BEEN SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED WITH SUCH A “BIG BRAND! “
