Misleading and useless

This product is a complete disappointment. The way it’s advertised is totally misleading — it does not store energy the way they claim. After leaving it plugged in for three full days, the charging light still shows red, with no indication of full charge. That’s not just poor design, it’s unacceptable. I bought this for emergencies, and it failed at the most basic function: reliability. How can we improve it? Be honest in your advertising. Add a proper charge indicator. Ensure the lamp actually stores energy and functions as described. Right now, it’s just a plastic shell pretending to be useful.
