Damaged but works
I got everything in the package however the bottom area where the water is stored was damaged and therefore it's leaking. I assembled it anyway and tested it out. It transforms yellow nasty water into clean clear water. I decided to look for a way to repair that part instead of returning because the packaging is not great and there is no guaranteed I will get a replacement which is not damaged
