Not good quality

I received this product and it had a faulty button. You have to hold the button for more than 10 seconds for it to turn on. It just feels extremely plastic and the suction isn’t powerful. The battery life is also bad. I tried to return this product and Jumia denied me that privilege. So just save your money and buy a branded one. I don’t understand how I was told I’m wrong when I said the button was faulty. When I press the button I expect it to turn on. Not hold it for a while like I’m turning on a Nokia from 1990. It has been a horrible experience honestly…
