Method of Use

• Please use it half an hour before sleep.
• Open the package, take out a mat from the aluminium foil bag, put it closely on the metal  board.
• Switch on the power, indicator light on and the  begins to work.
• The mat turns will turn white after 12 hours of use. You should replace it in time.
• Cut off the power supply when not in use.

Notice:
