SoftSheen-Carson Magic Shaving Powder is a depilatory (chemical hair remover) designed for a razorless shave. Formulated originally for Black men to prevent razor bumps and ingrown hairs, it dissolves hair at the skin's surface, providing results that last up to 4 days

How to Use

1. Preparation: Do not wash your face or use a razor within 36 hours before application.
2. Mix: Combine 2 teaspoons of powder with an equal amount of cool water in a bowl. Stir until it reaches a thick, paste-like consistency.
3. Apply: Spread an even layer over the beard or desired area. Do not rub it in.
4. Wait: Let the paste sit for 5 to 7 minutes. If it begins to dry, lightly remoisten it with water.
5. Remove: Wipe away the paste with a damp washcloth or a plastic spatula.
6. Rinse: Thoroughly rinse the area with cool water. Do not use soap or alcohol-based aftershaves immediately after. 

Safety Tips

• Sensitivity Test: Always perform a patch test on a small (1-inch) area 24–36 hours before your first full use.
• Avoid Sensitive Areas: While widely used on legs and underarms, it is not recommended for genitals due to the risk of chemical burns.
• Timing: Never leave the product on for more than 7 minutes to avoid severe skin irritation.
