The Sokany  infrared Induction Cooker in Wood performance is ideal for both a city apartment and a country house. The plate has low thermal inertia and is very economical to operate.

 Unlike tabletop induction cookers, you can use cookware made of any heat-resistant material for cooking and heating food : steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, ceramics, tempered glass, etc.

The stove has a touch control with an LCD display, a timer for 2 hours 59 minutes and three preset operating modes

• frying – the heating power is 2000 W by default and is adjustable from 500 to 2000 W (8 positions)
• grill – the default heating temperature is 500C and is adjustable from 150 to 600C (8 positions)
• cooking – cooking time 2 hours, heating power is set at the factory and cannot be changed.

In addition to the preset operating modes, the Sokany  infrared stove also provides the ability to manually adjust the heating power. The hotplate has two heating zones (internal and external), which can be switched on either separately or simultaneously. The power is adjustable from 200 to 1000 W (8 positions). When both coils are on, the heating power is adjustable from 500 to 2000 W (8 positions).

The body of the electric stove is made of aluminum. Compact size, light weight (2.6 kg) and convenient side handles make it easy to carry from place to place.
