Partly fine

The hairdryer is fine. The extension strip is of very poor quality and is not operable. I didn't return it or exchanged it because it came for free with the hairdryer. My priority was hairdryer.

Both nozzles do not fit the hairdryer so sort of pointless if you are interested in those!

Combs bent out of shape in less than 1 month

I've had this for more than a year now and it still works, but I don't like it. Being the second Cerriotti blow dryer that I have owned, I was disappointed with the combs. They are extremely flimsy, made from plastic/rubber that isn't sturdy so on my thick 4C hair, these bent out of shape before the month was through. And mind you, I detangle my hair with a wide tooth comb before I blow-dry it The first dryer (which we owned for 2 years) had sturdier combs and so those are the ones I am using at the moment with this blow dryer. The blow dryer unit itself is perfectly okay though. The extension is extremely poor quality though (the ones I received wasn't even properly assembled, I could wedge part of it open with my fingers) I think the seller should offer sturdier combs possibly as a separate product or add-on to the current offer. This would make me give this a 5 Otherwise, if you're looking for better quality combs, buy a Cerriotti that's at a higher price point than this
