Powerful Motor The 850-watt high-power motor with 190r/min rotating speed, allows grind approximately up to 250kg of meat per hour, greatly improving the efficiency of meat grinding.
With every rotation, meat is effectively pushed against the sharp cross blade via worm shaft - and subsequently pressed through the perforated disc. The holes with a diameter ensuring evenly minced meat mass, which can optimally be used for further processing.
The meat mincer is particularly quiet, even at continuous use. The casing and the skid-proof rubber feet, on which the meat mincer stands suitably absorb noise. Sensitive surfaces are not scratched through the feet´s rubber coating.
Disassembly and cleaning is quickly carried out thanks to the meat mincer´s well thought out and advantageous design. Important hygienic standards, which are required for food processing are therefore ensured. Various cleaning and care products designed for food processing units can be used for cleaning.
