I excessively hate your services....time wasters

The product is below the standard and wrong size was delivered. How comes number 38 correspond size 4....you people disappointed me a great deal.... size 38 correspond size 6....and I realised the problem later .... imagine i just sent the shoes to my sister in up country and I'm being informed later that the sizes are wrongly matched....is like I wasted...my money....not pleased at all
