?Method of use:1. Turn off the power， connect it according to the wiring diagram and make sure the connection is correct.2. Fix the controller well and set the speed to the lowest "0"， so as to avoid sudden large current and permanent damage when starting the power supply;3. Then turn on the power and adjust the speed knob to the desired position. Please turn off the power when not needed;4. The governor is connected to the motor. If the torque or speed is found to be inconsistent with the requirements， please adjust the fine-tuning potentiometer on the side of the product5. To change the running direction of the motor， simply replace the jumper lines of "CCW" and "CW" on the back of the controller.6. Select COM and CW short connection， then the motor will rotate clockwise.7. Select COM and CCW short connection， then the motor do counterclockwise rotation.(when changing direction， do not change the direction until the motor stops running completely.)Question 1: Why can't I turn off the motor speed controller with the switch?Answer: The switch on the motor speed controller is not a power switch， but a speed control switch. When offering 220V power supply， the display will always show "000"， and then press the switch "-" to adjust the speed.Question 2: Why can't I adjust the speed when I turn the potentiometer?Answer: There may be two reasons:Reason 1: Wiring error. The function of each color line is attached below:Red: power supply/main lineGreen， white: capacitor2 Blue: Speed measurement feedback (adjust the speed of the motor to feedback voltage and current to adjust the speed)Yellow: groundReason 2: The motor you use must have a "speed control coil" because the data fed back from the motor speed control controller must be fed back to the "speed control coil" for speed control. Without this coil， the speed cannot be adjusted.Question 3: Why can't I use it after excluding the above problems?Answer: This motor speed controller is used in conjunction with a motor made in China (the photo is attached below)， and motors in different countries may not be able to match. Therefore， please make sure that this motor is suitable for your system and has the ability to connect your own wiring before placing an order.?
