Product details
Pectic enzymes will help break down the pectin found in many fruit juices. The pectin is one of the biggest sources of methanol in a wash containing fruit juices. To use, simply add 1/2 teaspoon per gallon to the wash before fermentation. Pectic enzyme is strongly recommended when using any fruit juices in your wash to minimize methonal in the final product.
