Ingredients

MCT (medium chain triglycerides): source of long-term energy.

Recommended Use

• Mix 2–3 scoops into 500–750 ml cold water according to taste and shake vigorously.
• Add the powder to half water first, shake well and then add the rest of the water.

Before a race
Drink half a serving by taking frequent sips from about 30 minutes leading to the start.
