Directions for Use:

Rub on Method
 

• (Adults) Rub VapoRub liberally on the chest, throat and back. Rub in well over the whole area and leave nightclothes loose for easy inhalation.
• (Children over 2 years) Apply lightly to the chest and back. Rub gently and leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

Inhalation Method
 

• (Adults and children over the age of 12) Melt two teaspoons of VapoRub in very hot water and inhale the vapours.

It is not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Read the package leaflet before use.
