The Wahl Super Taper Clipper is a pro-grade clipper built for performance, durability, and precision, ideal for barbershop use and serious home grooming. It features Wahl’s V5000 motor, a powerful vibrating motor (≈ 6,000 strokes/minute in many models) that delivers strong cutting force while gradual cooling helps it run reliably during extended use.
The blade set is chrome-plated and rust-resistant, paired with a thumb lever (taper lever) that lets you quickly adjust taper and texture between 1 to ~3.5 mm on bare blade, without changing blades. The cutting width of the blade is about 40 mm, giving good coverage per pass.
