The pickup address were not clear the (the name of building were not mentioned) so I went to the pickup address they told me that there is no any Jumia service then I saw a Jumia food deliver on boda I asked him to show me that address (the name of building),he told me kaka house,I went there and they told me that this delivery is not at kaka house but they gave the right address the name of building and the floor I found that it was the same place where I were before where they told me that there is no any Jumia service and they don't know that address because the name of building is not mentioned ????
