It is working really well. As a doctor it is well recommended. Better than the ones they sell from the US. Nice to use for sinus rinse. Use hypertonic saline with it. Or if you can find a saline packet for nasal rinse would be good just make sure to use distilled or purified water with it and wash properly before use.
