Poor

I made complain about the 2 Lee papaya soap, I opened 1 of the soap and discovered it was fake and I returned it to Jumia, I was called from Jumia and told that one of the soap will be returned the Jumia guy came today and gave me the same soap that I have opened before and confirmed it was fake back to me, I don’t understand what is going on. They brought back same soap I complain about. The other one that I have not open is gone ?
