Horrible display
If you want to emphasize the severity of the issue, you could say: The display on this TV is simply horrible. Despite the other components being functional, the poor quality of the screen ruins any enjoyment of watching content. That's what you get if you opt for cheap TV's.Avoid at all costs. Spend a little more and at least try to get a FHD or 4K TV. Do your research on TV display before buying one.
