I my request for return and the assessment that jumia has concluded. I bought the Vitron V636 and within a week I started to hear that there was a problem with the base or housing for the base, in fact used less than a day. Returned the product back to jumia pick up station at susu center machakos in good as new having all the manual, remote, wrappings, cables, no scratch and yet jumia is saying through Feedback that order return rejected HOW???? Then I've been calling jumia concerning the above matter and the only thing I get is a bot responding and giving me no directions whatsoever. And you're now losing a loyal customer
