Easy-to-read display. The pulse oximeter comes with a big digital led display which shows your o2 saturation monitor readings in large, easy-to-read digits. There’s also a battery life indicator.
Principle: oxygenated blood absorbs light preferentially at 940nm (near infrared light), whereas deoxygenated blood absorbs light preferentially at 660nm (red light). A pulse oximeter works by passing a beam of red and infra-red light through a pulsating capillary bed and then measures the amount of red and infra-red light emerging from the tissues via a sensor.
This oxygen monitor fingertip reader/checker comes with a wrist lanyard.
