TASTING NOTES:

• Color: Very intense dark gold, tending to amber.
• Aroma: Deep, penetrating aromas of fruit cake and raisins, with a background of caramelized sweet apples and soft ripe pears.
• Taste: Sweet and very soft entrance, with a slightly viscous consistency. Delicious fruit flavors emerge on the palate, including orange, intertwined with notes of honey, malt, spices and a light touch of smoke. The finish is long and round.

It is produced from a blend of various malt and cereal whiskies, including those from Miltonduff and Glenburgie. It matures in oak casks previously used to age Sherry, hence its fruity character.
