1. The Mobile Wifi is designed to conserve power whenever possible. It will turn off Wi-Fi and enter sleep mode if no device is connected for 10 minutes. Simply touch the power button to wake it back up. 
2.  If you forget the Wifi SSID, password, no need to panic. Simply follow the steps outlined to reset.
3.  The default SSID and encryption key are printed on the Mobile Wifi
4. The mifi can connect upto and more than 10 devices at the same time, at very efficient speed.
