Works well for 4c hair! A bit hard to get roots.
Has different heat levels. The design works well for me to hold and manipulate around when stretching hair for myself. I find it easier to maneuver with than the traditional blow dryer or also the brush blow dry straighteners. As a previous user commented, the roots are a bit hard to get to. True. But on my third try I have been able to accustom and works. I have 4c hair and use when hair is just slightly damp, more towards dry. It has many heat levels which are actually nice hot degree levels. For instance, Level 2 works well for straightening for plaiting. Higher levels for it to be more straightened and last longer. It would be better if the power cord was longer and more tangle free. Also if the tool had sth (like the ones on hot combs) that prevents it from lying directly on a surface, preventing the burning of surfaces.
